We (and hopefully, along with you) would like to make the Construction Industry one of the most efficient industries on the planet.

A lofty goal indeed. How on earth could an industry evolve from being the world’s least productive, to the world’s most productive?! If it’s even possible, like any major shift, it will not come from the top-down . It comes from – you/me/us – rallying around a mutually formed culture.

What ultimately that culture will be, is hard to say, but needless to say any culture that’s responsible for realizing such a tectonic goal will be jarring and foreign to the vast majority. Although we don’t have all the answers, here’s a few unique approaches we are embracing.
